Ο Alan Turing, ο ιδρυτής της σύγχρονης πληροφορικής, πρότεινε το Τεστ Turing το 1950 για να καθορίσει εάν ο υπολογιστής μπορεί να σκέφτεται έξυπνα όπως ένας άνθρωπος. Ένας υπολογιστής θα θεωρείται έξυπνος εάν η συνομιλία μαζί του δεν μπορεί να διακριθεί εύκολα από εκείνη με έναν άνθρωπο.
Το βραβείο Loebner είναι ένας ετήσιος διαγωνισμός τεχνητής νοημοσύνης που απονέμει βραβεία στα προγράμματα ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών που θεωρούν οι κριτές ως τα πιο «ανθρώπινα».
Waste management : towards an eco-school
We are used to sorting our waste: papers, plastics, household waste etc.
Do we really know what is the outcome of our waste? What are waste treatment or recycling procedures according to the kind of waste? Is waste management the same in all European countries?
First of all ,the students will research waste treatment and waste recycling in their city and/or country. They will exchange with partners on how it’s done in their countries.
Then, they will study the waste management of their own school, and propose ways to improve it

The project will introduce students to the big 21’st century changes that technologies will bring into their lives. New generation has to learn to live with technologies and devices that will become smarter day by day, with devices that will make many decisions for themselves, devices that will communicate with other devices without our involvement, professions where humans will be replaced by machines, robots with artificial intelligence. There will be a technological, social and moral revolution. Automatization and robotics, smart devices, coding, artificial intelligence are some of the topics that our students will investigate with collaborative activities

Eπίσκεψη στην Αμερικανική Γεωργική Σχολή
Στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος Αγωγής Υγείας “Βιολογικά προϊόντα: στάση ζωής” οι μαθητές του τμήματος Β3 επισκέφθηκαν στις 17 Φεβρουαρίου 2009 την Αμερικανική Γεωργική Σχολή. Εκεί οι μαθητές περιηγήθηκαν στους χώρους του αγροκτήματος, στον οπωρώνα, στον αμπελώνα “Γιάννη Μπουτάρη”, στον ελαιώνα ” Κων. Τσάτσου”, στο συσκευαστήριο λαχανικών, στο οινοποιείο, στο βουστάσιο και στις πρότυπες βιολογικές καλλιέργειες των μαθητών της σχολής.
