In this blog, we can talk about our favourite songs, make comment and mention important facts relating to them such as the singer, the album in which they appeared, the meaning of lyrics etc.

For instance, a song that I have heard recently and that has stuck in my mind is La, la, la by Naughty Boy. It was written by Naughty Boy in cooperation with Sam Smith and it premiered on BBC1Xtra in May 2013. It received positive reviews. I also loved the accompanying video, which focuses on a child’s magical journey and has clear parallels with the Wizard of Oz. You can listen to the song and read the lyrics at the same time in the following link:
